Highlighting her challenges, she viewed,
“Even though I love Organisation Behaviour, the most challenges I have faced in my professional careers are related to handling unprofessional or unguided employees whose attitude brought down the quality of work / output. As Lou Holtz said “ability is what you are capable of doing, motivation determines what you do but ATTITUDE depends on how well you do it.”
Designer Vandana could challenge her challenges and prove her products’ efficacy through her creative ideas and fine quality. She shared,
“Finding a reliable and most importantly trust worthy vendor during the product development phase has been the most challenging part of my road so far.”
Every new venture is a learning experience and every success adds more to the experiences. She also shared about her major learnings from her professional as well as personal journey,
“Major learning has been that ‘Feedback’ from customers is fantastic!! Ask for feedback, openly receive it and wherever possible incorporate it.”
She finally gives her valuable advice to the upcoming professionals,
“Trust your gut and be true to who you are.”
Designer Vandana Chand has great dreams and her future plans are to understand the need of her customers better so that she can provide cost effective, versatile, unique table décor themes to them, so that each one of their gatherings are made more stunning and memorable.
