V D’ZIGN STUDIO aim to deliver high quality product with complete satisfaction. This includes interior turnkey solutions and all kinds of Architectural Services. Architect Vivek Vaish has been handling projects from conceptualization to execution and final handover with Turn Key Interior Solution. With 15 years of experience in Design and Architecture, Mr. Vaish accomplished wide array of high-end residential projects as well non-residential projects.
Architect Vivek Vaish was born at Katangi, a small town in Madhya Pradesh. He did his graduation in Architecture from Madhav Institute of Technology, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. His father being a Banker and mother a home maker, Vivek chose to build his career in the field of Architecture and Design thus making his passion a successful profession.
Architect Vivek had always been a scholar students of his batch which made his journey comfortable. Besides, his skills in extracurricular activities made him exceptional.
The Architect began his professional career in the year 2006 with Architect Hafeez Contractor under a Senior Associate Anupam De. His senior associate soon opened his own firm in Dec 2007 and couldn’t miss to involve Vivek Vaish in his journey. His creative skills made him the most sought-after architect. Thus, his journey began with ‘Turn Key Interior Solutions’. Architect Vivek managed and controlled all High-end Interiors from concept to handover.
Very soon, his work got recognized in many national and international platforms. He won the Analysis Trophy in NASA being trophy Head, won ‘Best Low rise residential project of the year’ award while working as project head, for ACEF awards in the year 2014, won ‘Best Commercial property of the year’ award while working as project head, for ACEF awards in 2014, won ‘Best Golf Property in Asia’ award while working as project head, for ASIA PROPERTY AWARDS and many such achievements.
Having asked about the challenges faced in his professional career, Architect Vivek says, “I wouldn’t call opportunities as challenges. So never ever considered anything as challenging. It is fun working on complex arrangements.”
Regarding the challenges faced with initial customers and during product development, he comments,
“Customer’s requirements were complex in a sense they kept changing and never certain but to deal with the same was exciting which gave us opportunity to come up with lot of creative solutions. Keeping calm and having patience while dealing with client was our basic mantra of success.”
Indeed, the journey of Architect Vivek Vaish has been a great learning experience. He shares regarding his major learning from his professional as well as personal journey,
“Our job is to understand client’s perspective (requirement) and not the vice-versa. Delivering what we desire and making them believe that this is what they were expecting is the most satisfying achievement.”
His best work has already been recognized by ‘National Architecture & Interior Design Excellence Award’. This apartment has external wall as curtain wall allowing lot of day lighting wherein he experimented with colors and with some bold choices. This was a major opportunity to design 1800 sqft carpet area high end Residence in one of the most prominent development of South Mumbai.
The aspiring Architects and Designers have a lot to learn from Architect Vivek Vaish’s Architectural experiences and journey. He shares a few words as suggestion to the upcoming professionals from his domain,
“Prepare yourself as complete package and not only as creative instructor.”
Vivek Vaish has lot more to achieve in the coming future and he is exploring the unexplored. He says about his future plans,
“There is a lot of scope/opportunity in high-end interior. This is one area which has not been explored till death. There is still some space to create something which has not been witnessed in our region. There are materials which have not been explored enough. There are colors which have not been paired enough to create something different. We want to deliver products which has not been seen in this domain yet.” The world of Architecture awaits to see his new creations and experiments.
